Conferences & Symposia
The Murphy Institute regularly organizes or co-sponsors scholarly conferences, workshops and symposia designed to promote interdisciplinary research and dialogue among Tulane faculty and visiting scholars.
Annual events include a spring conference organized by the editors of Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. The Murphy Institute and the Leverhulme Centre for Research on Globalisation and Economic Policy at the University of Nottingham co-sponsor an annual workshop designed for experts in the fields of political economy, public policy, and trade policy.
