About the Speaker
Joshua D. Margolis is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the Organizational Behavior Unit and Ethics Group at Harvard Business School. He is the co-author (with James P. Walsh) of People and Profits? The Search for a Link between a Company’s Social and Financial Performances (Psychology Press, 2001) and has written numerous articles on business ethics.
His current research focuses on how companies develop effective non-market strategies and how professionals in a variety of business settings perform “necessary evils.”
