About the Speaker
Eric Mack is Professor of Philosophy and a faculty member at the Murphy Institute at Tulane University. His recent essays include “Prerogatives, Restrictions, and Rights” (Social Philosophy and Policy, 2005), “Libertarianism and Classical Liberalism: The Liberty Tradition” (with Gerald Gaus) (Handbook of Political Theory 2004), and “The State of Nature Has a Law of Nature to Govern It” (Individual Rights Reconsidered 2001).
