Elizabeth Brake and Simon May appear on Philosophy TV
Center for Ethics and Public Affairs Faculty Fellows Elizabeth Brake and Simon May discuss marriage and ethics.
Elizabeth Brake, Faculty Fellow, 2007-2008, and Simon May, Faculty Fellow, 2010-2011, recently appeared together on Philosophy TV, a forum that presents cutting-edge research in philosophy.
Brake’s book, Minimizing Marriage , and May’s article, Liberal Feminism and the Ethics of Polygamy formed much of the basis for the discussion. Though never at the Murphy Institute at the same time, Brake researched her book and May wrote his article during their respective tenures here.
