Faculty Fellows Have a New Home
When hurricane Katrina forced the Murphy Institute from our home at Tulane University, we had the good fortune to find a welcoming temporary home for one of our most important programs, The Center for Ethics and Public Affairs Faculty Fellows Program, at Washington and Lee University.
We are grateful to Washington and Lee and its Society and the Professions Program in Ethics, for providing office space, faculty resources, logistical support, and an extraordinarily warm welcome for the Center’s 2005-2006 Faculty Fellows. You can read more on the Faculty Fellows at Washington & Lee in the 2006 edition of the Center’s Newsletter, Focus on the Center.
Washington and Lee University has also made it possible for the Center for Ethics and Public Affairs to hold mount our annual Faculty Seminar series, and, together with the Center, will co-sponsorsed a conference on “Can the University Teach Ethics?”
