Sebastian’s research focuses on the economic evaluation of public policies at the state and local levels. Particularly, he is interested in the impact of government policies on certain economic outcomes. He is also interested in the inclusion of spatial econometrics in order to measure the effect of neighbors’ policies on a jurisdiction’s economic development.
