Tulane Law School's Biennial Bankruptcy & Restructuring Symposium will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025 at the Pan American Life Building in downtown New Orleans,
Sponsored by The Murphy Institute's Center on Law and the Economy and Tulane Law School, this all-day conference will feature expert panels of US Bankruptcy Court Judges, practitioners, and legal scholars from across the country discussing topics including the competing goals of bankruptcy and mass tort litigation, the future of chapter 11, and the rise of the private-credit industry. The conference will conclude with a reception at the Loews Hotel.
