Program Manager, Communication and Marketing
Biography
Brittany Doucette joined The Murphy Institute as Communications and Marketing Program Manager in August 2025.
Prior to Tulane, Brittany worked at Star Cypress Partners, a management consulting firm offering advisory services and organizational solutions to government and non-profit organizations. There, she served as a Communications and Outreach Analyst with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Equity Commission. In this role. she advised the Department on addressing historical discrimination and disparities in the agriculture sector and internal racial equity issues within USDA programs.
Before consulting, Brittany worked in the Public Relations sector, contributing to award-winning campaigns and projects during her time at Edelman and Spears Group.
She holds a Master's of Public Administration (MPA) from Louisiana State University (LSU). She also earned her BA in Mass Communication (Public Relations concentration) with a minor in Political Science, also from LSU.
