Biography
Chris Heathwood is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Professor Heathwood received his Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2005. His research interests include Ethical Theory (with an emphasis on well-being and metaethics), Metaphysics, and Philosophy of Religion. His work has appeared in a variety of prestigious scholarly journals and collected volumes, including Analysis, Philosophical Studies, and Oxford Studies in Metaethics. During his tenure at the Murphy Institute, Professor Heathwood worked on a project titled “Well-Being and Desire.”
