Margaret M. Keenan


Margaret M. Keenan (Meg) is Assistant Director of the Center for Ethics and Public Affairs at the Murphy Institute where she has worked since 2003. She earned a B.A. in history from the University of New Orleans (1992) and an M.A. (1995) and a Ph.D. (2000) in history from Tulane University. She has taught at Tulane and Loyola Universities remains on the faculty of the Masters of Liberal Arts Program at Tulane's School of Professional Advancement.


The Murphy Institute

Established in memory of Charles H. Murphy, Sr. (1870-1954), and inspired by the vision of Charles H. Murphy, Jr. (1920-2002), the Murphy Institute exists to help Tulane faculty and students understand economic, moral, and political problems we all face and think about. More important, it exists to help us understand how these problems have come to be so closely interconnected.
