More Information
Join us on Saturday, March 21, 2026 for the 10th annual Corporate and Securities Law Roundtable, a one-day academic conference hosted at Tulane Law School. This year’s gathering brings together the nation’s leading corporate law scholars and business court judges to examine the evolving landscape of corporate governance and financial regulation.
The Roundtable, held on the heels of Tulane’s Corporate Law Institute, serves as a national platform for in-depth, candid discussions about some of the most pressing issues in business law and corporate governance.
This milestone 10th-anniversary event is co-convened by Adam Feibelman, Tulane Law faculty and Director of The Murphy Institute's Center for Law and the Economy (CLE), and Ann Lipton, former Murphy Core Faculty and the Laurence W. DeMuth Chair of Business Law at the University of Colorado Law School. The Roundtable is sponsored by CLE, the Sher Garner Endowed Fund for the Advancement of Commercial Law, and Tulane Law School.
The conference features intensive sessions on key topics including shareholder power, fiduciary obligations, global policy, and insights into the future of corporate law scholarship. All sessions will take place in the Wendell H. Gauthier Moot Court Room 110 in John Giffen Wienmann Hall. The public is invited to attend and participate in the discussion, free of charge.
The Murphy Institute's Center for Law and the Economy promotes interdisciplinary research and collaboration on important issues confronting policymakers and private markets in both developed and developing economies. It is a rich resource for graduate, professional, and undergraduate students at Tulane who are interested in issues related to the regulation of economic and financial activity.
