Organized by Ann Lipton, the Eighth Annual Corporate and Securities Roundtable is a day-long symposium that brings together leading scholars, practitioners, and legal experts to discuss emerging issues in corporate and securities regulation.

Professor Lipton is an experienced securities and corporate litigator who has handled class actions involving some of the world’s largest companies. A former law clerk to Supreme Court Justice David Souter, she joined Tulane’s law faculty in 2015. In 2016, she was named as Tulane's first Michael Fleishman Associate Professor in Business Law & Entrepreneurship.

The Roundtable follows Tulane Law’s Corporate Law Institute (CLI) held on March 7-8 in Downtown New Orleans. Now in its 36th year, the CLI gathers corporate dealmakers, legal professionals, academicians, and judges to explore trends in mergers and acquisitions, providing a live classroom experience for Tulane Law students.
