Walker Kahn is an Assistant Professor of Law at Tulane Law School and The Murphy Institute's Center for Law and the Economy, where he teaches commercial law and political economy. Professor Kahn's research uses machine learning and ethnography to examine how civil courts adjudicate consumer debt, with a focus on foreclosure litigation, procedural due process, access to justice, and housing precarity.
