Christopher Boom

Biography

Christopher Boom is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Philosophy writing his dissertation on the rule of law and human rights under the supervision of Eric Mack. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy at Loyola University New Orleans, his JD and an LLM in Transnational Law (with distinction) from Temple University, and an M.A. in Philosophy from Tulane. He is the author of “Reflections on the Rule of Law After NFIB v. Sebelius” in The Affordable Care Act Decision: Philosophical and Legal Implications, Fritz Allhoff and Mark Hall eds. (Routledge, 2014)
