On Saturday, March 8th, Tulane Law faculty Ann Lipton will host the Ninth Annual Tulane Corporate and Securities Roundtable, co-sponsored by the Murphy Institute's Center on Law and the Economy and Tulane Law School. This day-long symposium features discussion by some of the country’s leading scholars on corporate and securities law of scholarly works in progress on emerging legal issues corporate and securities regulation. The public is invited to attend and participate in the discussion, free of charge.
Lipton is an experienced securities and corporate litigator who has handled class actions involving some of the world’s largest companies. A former law clerk to Supreme Court Justice David Souter, she was named as Tulane's first Michael Fleishman Associate Professor in Business Law & Entrepreneurship.
The Corporate and Securities Roundtable follows the 37th Annual Tulane Corporate Law Institute on March 6-7, 2025, recognized as one of the premier M&A, corporate and securities law conferences in the country.
