Biography
Xuanhao He is a 2019-2021 Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Economics and Murphy Institute at Tulane. He is an applied microeconomist with interests in health and public economics. His work covers health insurance, payment, and health. He currently studies the impact of provider and prescription payment on health insurance enrollment and health in the context of Medicaid. He is also interested in health plan choices among marketplace insurance enrollees. Before joining Tulane, he received a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of New Mexico.
