More Information

Luca Ferrero, Visiting Faculty Fellow in the Center for Ethics and Georgi Gardner, Associate Professor of Philosophy and Gender and Sexuality Studies at Tulane are co-facilitating a scholarly tarot lunch, with generous support from Tulane’s Center for Ethics.

Mapping the Goods: The Structure of Tarot and the Goods of Human Life.

This discussion gathering aims to use the structure and imagery of tarot cards to illuminate the various values available to agents. We will try to map human values onto tarot’s Minor Arcana. This will be explained. No background experience with tarot required!

This is a facilitated interactive discussion, not a presentation. Participants will attempt to co-create the mapping together. Tulane faculty and graduate students are invited.  SIGN UP is required.
