About The Speaker
David Lefkowitz is Associate Professor of Philosophy and of Philosophy, Politics, Economics and Law (PPEL) and serves as Coordinator of the Philosophy, Politics, Economics and Law (PPEL) Program at the University of Richmond. He specializes in political and social philosophy as well the philosophy of law and has published a number of scholarly articles in these areas in journals such as Ethics, Utilitas, and Legal Theory. He was also the recipient of the National Teaching Fellowship from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
